Terms & Conditions

The simple rules of working together.

These terms cover your use of soccerads.com and the services provided by Soccer Ads LLC (“Soccer Ads”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or working with us, you agree to them.

Last updated October 12, 2026

  1. 01Our services

Soccer Ads plans, creates and manages paid ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Google, and builds custom funnels and lead tracking for soccer academies, clubs, facilities and private trainers. The exact scope, timeline and price of any work are set out in the proposal or agreement we share with you before we start.

  2. 02Strategy calls

Strategy calls are free and come with no obligation. If you need to reschedule or cancel, just reply to your confirmation email.

  3. 03Fees and ad spend

Our fees are set out in your proposal or agreement. Your ad budget is paid directly to the ad platforms (for example Meta and Google) and is separate from our fees. Unless your agreement says otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for work already delivered.

  4. 04Results

We work hard to bring you leads and sign-ups, but no one can guarantee ad results. Performance depends on things outside our control, like the ad platforms, your market, your season, your pricing and how quickly you follow up with leads. Results shown on our website are real examples from past clients. They aren’t a promise of what you’ll get.

  5. 05Your part

To get the best results, you agree to:

    • Give us accurate information about your program, offers and pricing.
    • Give us the access we need to your ad accounts, pages and assets.
    • Only give us photos, videos, logos and other content you have the right to use, including permission from any players or parents who appear in it.
    • Follow up with the leads we send you in a timely way.
    • Follow the policies of the ad platforms and the laws that apply to your business.
  6. 06Ownership

You keep ownership of your brand, your content and your leads. Once you’ve paid for them, you can use the ads and creatives we make for you. We keep ownership of our own templates, tools, know-how and processes, and you give us permission to use your content to deliver our services.

We’ll only feature your program as a client story, or share your results publicly, with your permission.

  7. 07Ad platforms and other services

Our work relies on services run by other companies, such as Meta, Google and website hosts. We aren’t responsible for their policies, decisions, outages or account restrictions, but we’ll help you deal with them where we can.

  8. 08Ending our work together

Either of us can end our work together as described in your agreement. If it doesn’t say, either of us can end it with 30 days’ written notice. You pay for work done up to the end date, and we’ll make sure you keep access to your ad accounts and assets.

  9. 09Using our website

Please don’t misuse soccerads.com. That means no spam or fake form submissions, no attempts to break or overload the site, and no copying of our content or designs for your own commercial use without our permission.

  10. 10Limitation of liability

Our website and services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Soccer Ads isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost sign-ups. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

  11. 11Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against Soccer Ads because of content you gave us, or because of how you run your program, you agree to cover the costs of that claim.

  12. 12Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

  13. 13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using our website or services after that, you agree to the updated terms.

  14. 14Governing law

Soccer Ads LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
