Your details stay with us.

Soccer Ads LLC (“Soccer Ads”, “we”, “us”) runs Facebook, Instagram and Google ads and builds lead funnels for soccer academies, clubs, facilities and private trainers. You can reach us any time at hello@soccerads.com.

When you fill out our form or book a call, we collect what you choose to give us:

• Your name, mobile number and email address.
• Your program’s name, city and state.
• Your answers about your goals, ad budget, rough yearly revenue and whether you run ads now.
• The call time you pick and your time zone.

We save your answers as you move through each step, even if you don’t finish booking. This lets us follow up on an inquiry you started. If you’d rather we delete an unfinished inquiry, email us and we will.

Like most websites, our servers receive your IP address and basic browser details. We use the IP address to stop spam and abuse of our form, and we keep it only briefly for that purpose.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It doesn’t use cookies, and it doesn’t identify you personally.

We use your information to:

• Contact you about your inquiry and run the strategy call you booked.
• Send booking confirmations and call reminders.
• Prepare a plan and pricing that fit your program.
• Send occasional updates, tips and offers about our services. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Keep the website secure and working well.

By submitting the form you agree that Soccer Ads may contact you by phone, text message and email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with other businesses for their own marketing. We only share it with the service providers that help us run Soccer Ads, and only for that purpose:

• Vercel, which hosts our website and provides page analytics.
• Upstash, which stores form submissions securely.
• Brevo, which sends our emails and manages our contact lists.

When we run ads and funnels for a client, the leads those ads bring in (for example, parents signing their kids up) belong to that client. We handle that information on the client’s behalf and only to deliver our services to them. The client’s own privacy policy covers how they use it.

We keep inquiry details for as long as they’re useful for following up or for our working relationship, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@soccerads.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have extra rights under local law, and we’ll honor them.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-protected internal tools and trusted providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your details safe.

Our website and services are for program owners and coaches, not children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we’ll delete them.

We may update this policy as our services change. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
